   I like music videos more than I like music so it's interesting that Spotify is rolling out a mode for videos that go with songs. I don't subscribe to music services but if a scrappy indie site focused on music videos and fairly paid artists then I'd give it a whirl.

     The initial year or two of MTV provided one of my first glimpses into short form filmmaking, outsider fashion, and the idea that people can spend their work hours making art.
