     @Moto_Chagatai basically the only solution here is to push the ecchi as much and as hard as you can until Ranma 1/2 is considered a "goomer anime" something these people surprisingly want to avoid.

     That said Ranma 1/2 isn't about trannies because the whole premise of a man turning into a woman as a curse is humorous precisely because the idea is ridiculous and no one should take it seriously

     @Kagekokoro @Moto_Chagatai I started reading/watching Ranma 1/2 in 1992, the first time I used the internet was to look at a Ranma fansite for the plot summaries, and I read an unhealthy amount of fanfiction. There were just plain no trannies at the time. There were some lolicon pedos and tentacle shit and scat freaks, but no trannies. Not outside of Thailand or Rocky Horror festivals, anyway.
