     A friend who lives there confirmed this.
     Steam seems to have gotten on the same list of "unfriendly foreign sites" and is getting the axe soon

     Have they? The only information i can find is https://tass.ru/ekonomika/22076043 which seems to indicate only some steam community links have been censored, rather than the entire service.
