     @j Why? That's shit's extremely hard. I know a family that raises sheep for milk and then makes it into cheese and it's intense all day work for most of the year.

     Yes and no. I don't plan to farm animals nor plants (I might do a garden). I shall farm gourmet fungus where the profit margins are large.
     
     I'll probably start out with phoenix oyster mushrooms and lion's mane mushrooms. When I get my own land I'll be farming a lot more variety.
