    The FBI has strict guidelines for collecting and indexing DNA in its database, EFF’s Saira Hussain told Washington's Cascadia Daily News. Rapid DNA results collected by local law enforcement agencies don’t meet those FBI standards, resulting in local “rogue databases.”
