   I'm starting to think the company I'm paying to continue my health care is a scam.
   I've paid for 7 months of dental coverage and I have a dentist appointment in an hour and it just now turns out they've never actually paid the dental insurance company, so I have no dental insurance.

   So what, they just pocketed the 900$ I've send them for dental insurance?

     I would assume this is just a minor mistake but given how they've messed up my HMO account approximately 7 out of 7 times... maybe their whole business model is to stochastically "forget" to pay for some coverage and just hope the user won't notice, while they pocket the premiums

     I mean, it's not THAT unlikely. They're a middleman for a middleman and neither of them should fucking exist, you know?
