     @kuon @Senator_Armstrong @fluffy only heard of ONE good therapist, shockingly female, and her whole practice was a religious, referral only thing where it sounded like she was literally undoing all the other therapist’s work.

     My ex ended up going to her and off the bat she was like “yeah girl you’re only kooky because you’re medicated, we need to get you off those quick”

     Also offended patients because she’d tell them not to be whores and even push chastity before marriage since premarital sex did so much damage to the girls anyways.

     She was cool.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot It's essentially a mixture of nootropics (nefiracetam, sunifiram), "gas station heroin" (tianeptine, an addictive opioid) and over-the-counter psychostimulants (caffeine, L-theanine), basically white trash ecstasy.

     So they still sell tianeptine at gas stations where you are? Based.
     But generally, I wouldn't advise buying anything with a "proprietary formula" that doesn't list individual ingredient doses. Manufacturers often use it to trick consumers by massively underdosing all but the least expensive of the ingredients in the formulation, something you would notice if the ingredient doses were listed individually, but not if they are all bundled into a "proprietary formulation."

     I imagine most therapists have been thoroughly kiked. It's got to be almost as important to them as the entertainment industry. mY tHeRaPiSt sAiD i'M nOrMaL!! We've all seen what happens when you let degenerate therapists write prescriptions.

     @1967GTO @kuon @Senator_Armstrong @fluffy She was decidedly, openly christian too, mostly took patients from that community so htey knew what they were getting into. Her thing was likely along the lines of “hey, don’t do wrong things if you don’t wanna feel bad. Most therapists just tell you not to feel bad, but that won’t fix it”

     - Choline Citrate: Doesn't do shit, it's like a vitamin and is found in regular foods.
     - Caffeine: You know what it does. The dosage is not written but it's going to be mildly stimulating.
     - Tianeptine: It's a tricyclic antidepressant, a single dose will only have mild anxiolytic effects.
     - L-theanine: Potential nootropic, you won't feel anything from a single dose in any case.
     - Nefiracetam: Potential nootropic, a single dose won't have any visible effect.
     - Sunifiram: Potential nootropic, same as above.
     - Ashwagandha: Potential anxiolytic, usually does nothing.
     
     In short, you might feel a bit weird and off for a few hours, but it's shit. If you want real effects, you'll have to get a real drug.

     @Heracles Sounds about right. Would probably have to take it consistently for a couple months, and even then the racetam effect is just as much placebo as effect.

     Tianeptine is totally new to me, odd to know the industry just keeps marching on

     @WashedOutGundamPilot i bought some L-theanine a few years back. its supposed to reduce anxiety. effects were not strong enough for me to be sure it wasnt a placebo
