   all I ever hear from people in hiring/interviewing positions is how bad the candidates and people they end up hiring are
   
   it used to be kind of motivating like, oh, I'm pretty great in comparison, it should be easy to find a decent job

     @deprecated_ii Applications, resumes, and interviews really drain a man. I don't know why I even try half the time since I know some nigger, spic, or femoid will get it instead.
