   As far as low cost of living locations go the trick is to be ready to bug out if there's a brown invasion, as that is the greatest weakness of cheap housing - the niggers can afford it too.

     Having a mobile home way out in the country used to be a viable option for cheap housing with enough elbow room to avoid the ebony menace
     Sadly a lot of rural counties have now used zoning laws to prohibit this
