     @Mamako @zero The truck is also doing blatantly illegal moves, because he's an impatient asshole.
     The highway should have a minimum speed limit somewhere about 30km/h lower than the upper limit (waived in poor weather ofc.)
     Maybe it already does, in which case the truck still deserves a few years minimum and to be denied a licence for the rest of his life.
