     One of the issues of saying what is and what is not a definite description of certain angels is that the description of certain kinds, like cherubim and seraphim, vary strongly between passages, even in the same books. The best general description, I believe, is Gen 1:26 "Let us (God to the other Two and to the divine council) make man in our image." All angels are like men and women, but far greater. The other forms described can either be a one-time only symbolic form or something can transform into.
