Blocking non-business email domains such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail and co? What could possible go wrong?

I know that many small businesses have hotmail, gmx, t-online, gmail accounts. because they're free of charge.
The emails you need to be sensible about are HTML emails, there it's possible to visibly disguise the target http link.
Every serious company has a link in it so that you can see the HTML in the browser. So rather than blocking, switch off emails with HTML content.
With text-only emails you always see the actual link. -

If it is for cisco org, it may be fine as they may be interacting with entities having company email ids. May not work with companies interacting with individuals.
