     @redneonglow @LolikingSama @Ronnie21093 yeah but the thing about that is that normie shit sites are the ones banning it. Ultimately it's more important that it's legal in general because we can still form our own things around it. If it somehow ends up becoming illegal then being banned from discord would be the least of your worries

     @Kyonko802 @LolikingSama @Ronnie21093 The real problem is that the law doesn't matter anymore, tech companies have become authoritarian governments of their own, writing their own laws and interpreting the Constitution themselves.
     
     I've been banned from Reddit numerous times for posting non-loli (mostly with K-On! and Love Live! characters). In every case that resulted in a ban the characters were of age (due to graduating high school in the show). Reddit told me that the bans were because they "appear" to be minors regardless of whether they were or not.
     
     I was finally banned for good after crossposting someone else's Nekopara meme from a meme subreddit to the Nekopara subreddit. IIRC it was a picture of a real-life father and son sitting in front of a computer which was superimposed with Nekopara. The ban came 5 months after it was posted, so I have no way to prove what the actual picture was though. At that point I just gave up, since Reddit had become a boring leftist shithole anyway and I decided I was much happier on the Fediverse and Scored.co (aka communities.win).
     
     Discord also gave me a warning years back that they "may take action on my account in the future" which they sent to everyone WHO WAS PRESENT IN the original Love Live Lewds server they banned for (non-)"loli" REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY WERE ACTIVE USERS OR NOT. I was also in the backup server which became the successor server, so hopefully if that ever gets shut down I won't get my account banned.
