     @Whitewall_Blasphemy I see these a lot when hags stumble on boys talking about fempsych. They assume that we are so up our own ass an inobservant (projection) as they are, so they think it’s all guesswork instead of modeling and validating theories in order to explain foreign behavior.

     My fave is when they reduce everything down to “uh ur just listening to jo rogaine like he knows what girls think lol hahah lol”

     @Eiregoat @Whitewall_Blasphemy When people bring it up I just laugh at them and ask if real estate values along the coastline have plummeted yet.

     See, the greatest normie superpower today is having a memory longer than 6 months. I remember being in school, being told very somberly by college professers that Florida would lose more than a foot as the seas rise in 2020. I remember hearing that bay area would lose a TON of infrastructure as the surroundings flood.

     But…….that didn’t happen. It hardly raised. So the same stakeholders smart enough to foresee the future and cause societal panic aren’t smart enough to call these ‘obvious’ shots and be heard by the super rich? nah

     I wish I'd bookmarked it. I read an article by a big climate change expert walking through washington DC with a journalist bullshitting about how the city was going to change as sea levels rose by the mid 2000s and half of it flooded.
     
     I also remember a newsweek article about how much of new york was going to be underwater by 2010 (most of manhattan).
     
     The official normie explanation for this is that it was just journalists exaggerating and we should trust the doctors and scientists who all agree it's going to happen this time for real.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @Eiregoat @Whitewall_Blasphemy There are major issues with the water table falling in the Ogallala. I know guys that have had to re-drill new wells (for home use as well as field irrigation) quite a bit deeper because of it.
     
     Maybe growing cotton in the desert wasn't the best idea.

     @DemonSixOne @sparky @Eiregoat @Whitewall_Blasphemy We had a cali woman move out, we managed to scare her off after a year. I had to kinda rally the neighbors to close her off, she got off on the wrong foot by shitting all over the dirt roads and the “lack of recyclables”.

     She tried to sign us all up for a $220/month recycle bin service. Also tried to get neighbors to chip in to install a tesla charger with the promise “we could all use it” like we’re driving 1/mile up the road to park our car.

     Also got really queasy at us killing things, which was a pain. She’s the type who’d tell you to take a gimpy chicken to the vet instead of just chopping its head off

     Had an example of the urbanbrained type move out to one of the small mining towns out in the woods that wasn't aware that part of the old gravel mine had been converted into a rifle range. I think she bailed out shortly after the labor day machinegun shoot.
