@picandor I'm not against remote work and do agree that many jobs are able to be done remotely just fine, but some things should be done in the actual building. Doing classes online was absolute hell.

But then the Wall Street Class turned around and said "nah, we're not doing that anymore."
Like just admit that seeing your workers suffer and be uncomfortable gets you hard, just fucking say it already.

Our family is admittedly too big for this house and it got even worse when my brother had to temporarily move back in. There was only one room where I could logically work on my classes, but the room also had a TV and my sister had random urges to watch movies and I couldn't argue with her.
I think remote work or remote classes only work if you actually have a home office where you can actually be alone.
