i'm one of those weirdos who refuses to touch new #HTML and #CSS features until they're available across all three modern browsers.

there are some cases where it's fine to let it degrade (e.g. `text-wrap: balance`), but with larger features i just avoid them.

this is one of the reasons cascade layers instantly clicked with me (shipped everywhere all at once!)

this is also why i haven't yet played with scroll-driven animations and anchor positioning (as much as i'd love to)
