     They're not the same entity. Just point blank, prima facie, that is just wrong. On the same page? Sure. Absolutely. Moving in lock-step? Yeah, probably on like 90+% of all things. Straight up 1:1 the same entity? No. And SVB didnt fold because of interest. They folded because of hedging on crypto shit and getting all caught up in that FTX shit.
