@rlier23 6k blows a good chunk of the population out of the water. Just make sure you stretch out your legs good, and if it's bothering you soaking it in cold water might help a bit.
Your legs hurting after excessive running isn't uncommon, just make sure to heed the warning and dial back your running so as to not actually hurt your legs. When it calms down you can start running harder again.

hmmm i may be really out of shape
after todays 6km run my ankles and calf are starting to hurt REAL BAD
maybe i need to do more running :zt_think: :gura_pain:
