@lucy @dcc @arcana @wjmaggos @truthbait depends on your culture. In Norway they give full benefits for major depression or anxiety. In Spain they give it only when unable to move laying in bed. My aunt’s American husband got it because of PTSD by American military. I definitely think he could work but should he?

i don't think they should. I'm chonically hanging in there but I'd rather kill myself then go begging for government money. if you can work you should, simply to not create a massive chunk of the population depend on the government's benevolence.
