     Fyi, to opt out click on: Settings and Privacy > Data Privacy > Data for Generative AI Improvement > OFF.

     Another option is to delete your account, but that might not be possible because of a job search, or in some places, they don’t rent your apartment without a LinkedIn profile. I know it sucks.

     @jbaert yes it is not enabled in EU. The only zone that cares about the privacy and safety of its citizens.

     @nixCraft This got me digging through the other "data privacy" settings and there's some weird stuff in there.

     > Should we allow Microsoft Word to display your work experience descriptions from your profile in Resume Assistant?

     > Can we enable trusted third-party partners to use data about you for social, economic, and workplace research?

     > Receive reminders about messages you haven't responded to.

     Nobody wants *any* of this crap. It should all require opt-in and probably does in Europe.
