I've now released Balkon 0.1 on behalf of my collaborator Jaro: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/balkon

Handles laying out individual paragraphs, very similar to what Pango does!

Tomorrow hopefully I'll see how well this works... Might publish a few minor versions of other libraries too fixing breakages...
