@LouisConde @Turdicus everyone's on the hamster wheel these days because it's the only way to have a shot at keeping up with inflation and worsening economic conditions. all the dudes in my circle are gambling shitcoins or stocks, some hustler types are trying to set up dropshipper enterprises, and normalfags are encouraged by the tv to do parlays that were once reserved for the most degenrate gamblers

and the kick of it is even when successful no one really ends up rich, they just enjoy a late 00's and early 2010s standard of living stress free until the windfall runs out and its back to gambling
