     @aral @EU_Commission At least they fund NLnet... Lots of interesting work there!

     But yeah I do find non-technologists lack imagination about how things could be better... I'm reminded about some quips I had about the UX failure modes when you put developers, visual designers, business-people, OR marketters in charge...
