I've always said my view is we should have as much liberty as virtue will allow us to handle. That amount of virtue sure has dropped a lot in the past couple of decades. We were doing so well in the 90s. Wtf happened. I can't fathom how quickly we've let it go. We had almost thrown off most forms of serious hate and people were generally pretty agreeable.
