@Nudhul @KaiserKitty I was just reading about the Winston Churchill and Blockade of Germany. Like Holodomor it was just a cause of deliberate starvation, the "best" genocides are subtle, if you wait to kill a group of people explicitly arresting and sending to them camps is likely to cause revolt.
