     @elftummy She always hates drinking w/ me because I don’t really keep up (hate it) so she gets grumpy and belligerent when I keep trying to give her water. Just blows off all my suggestions the whole time. All I could do is give her food to hopefully lessen the effect and mop it up.

     Maybe she’ll learn a fun lesson in ‘moderation’ this time

     @Twoinchdestroya @elftummy Everyone used to always brag about stealing saline bags and running IVs after a hard party day, but I’ve never actually seen it happen. I think they’re all big talkers (also harder to steal IV bags from work than smaller supplies anyways)

     That’s why, if you’re REALLY gettin’ jiggy withit, you can just buy saline bags online, and steal the IV kits from the supply room!

     Out in the hot sun and get a little dehydrated, drink a bit and get feeling tipsy, but then head to bed without any hydration... You'll feel it in the morning even though you didn't drink all that much.
     
     Whereas if you get drunk as fuck, but take care to get some hydration before hitting the sack... you'll feel fine (or at least mostly fine...)

     @Zealist @Bill_Boone @elftummy See that’s why I hate drunks, drinking, and the whole thing. I grew up in shitville, got to see all the unreliable alchie parents and worthless drunkards everywhere I looked. It permanently instilled this deep seated hate for alcohol I just can’t get rid of.

     Doesn’t help how the economy worsens and people get worse, too, so every so often I have to bail someone out when they put themselves out of commission.

First couple hours are fun and they’re all poppy and happy, then when the hubbub dies down they REALLY wanna start getting into those ‘latenight confessional’ hours and it gets depressing
