   @RikaDerufu I even change my clothes into loungewear most of the time. It’s gross to think of touching the filth and cooties of the public and contaminating the next with that stuff.

   But I probably got a little too sensitive in dealing with nasty environments, when you assume everyone might have lice you get used to compartmentalization

     I do this with pants, i have a set of loose comfy pants i wear exclusively at home and whenever i come home i change whatever I'm wearing with them

     @RikaDerufu If you get scrubs from a good brand like aero or dickies then you basically have pajama pants w/ cargo pockets

     i just change my daily outfit with a more comfy one, often only with the bottom part. I can't take a shower everytime I leave the house because in that case i would be taking 2/3 showers a day
