Wasted four hours debugging the issue with emails not being sent; apparently Erlang OTP's default TLS connection settings now break either gen_smtp or Swoosh's default SMTP adapter. Eventually solved it by just switching to Mua, will make an MR to pleromer in a minute.

  With that said, it appears there's only been like 4 account creation attempts which appear to be some spam ("fedi app dev" my ass).

    It appears since OTP 26, TLS connections (not STARTSSL) to SMTP servers via Swoosh's default adapter have been completely broken;
