   It is not clear to me whether to be accredited for the use of the "byline" for the authors it is enough that the site (blog) has an appropriate meta-tag ("fediverse:creator") and the list of sites in "Edit profile -> Verify", or it is necessary: Activitypub working, Webfinger or other.

   Please, help. Thank you so much!

     @salvomic You need the meta tag on your site, and the website in the author attributions list for your profile, that's it. Author bylines are a 4.3 feature so for now visible only on servers that are currently using nightly releases, such as mastodon.social. Old link previews do not update automatically.

     www.ondaiblea.it
     and I'm seeing here in mastodon.social
     ...
     Where am I wrong?
