Iran sold 200 short/mid range ballistic missiles to Russia. Russia is handing over more AA and is preparing another batch of warplanes.
Iran is removing their old cold war tech, especially their tomcats. The plan is to have a fully modernized AA and air force in Russian standard with a mixture of domestic AA and planes.
