   India decided to open a dam that has been closed for 10 years 2am at night killing thousands off bangladeshis and flooding it so bad travel between the 2 major cities is impossible.
   
   The reason why the dam was sealed is due to fresh water drought situation for the last 10 years. The reason they gave for opening the dam is "system test" then when the casualty list came up, they changed their tune to "recent floods forced them to open the dam"
   
   Now they are fighting on twitter.
