     @eff @bloomberg I feel this story is missing an important piece of the puzzle. Twitter was blocked not directly because they refused to remove content, but because Musk closed the Brazilian office of Twitter and refused to follow the legal requirement of appointing a legal representative to be allowed to operate in Brazil. I do agree Moraes is overstepping, but mostly when he is also threatening to forbid VPNs as a means to enforce the ban and targeting Starlink because it also belongs to Musk
