   @th there was a u-boat that had this problem. The captain messed up flushing the head, they had to surface, and then the British navy spotted them. Whole boat scuttled, just because one guy flushed it wrong

     many people don't realize that the Titanic sank because someone forgot to close both seacocks after flushing the head.
