minutei was annoyed with these broken/glitched SVG icons in chromium on panfrost (A311D with Mali G57 GPU). looks like turning off "GPU Rasterization" in chrome://flags helps. strangely, at least on debian this setting is set to on by default in /etc/chromium.d/default-flags which seems an oddly specific thing to do
