I believe someone even explicitly mentioned it in my original thread a while back that it’s like that. If one of the two drives in a RAID 1 array would fail, you just put in a new one and it will automatically “sync back up”. That was the reason I intended to make a NAS using RAID 1 in the first place, to have less trouble.
Again, I’m not as tech-literate as you guys are. I’m just stumbling around in this sphere, hesitant and afraid of too much trouble, hence the massive delays in me doing anything of it.
