     @Hyolobrika You want to get technical, they could have moved out of Innsmouth if they didn't want to take the Pacts of Dagon. Captain Obed didn't /force/ them, technically.

     Maybe I should learn to be more tolerant of inhuman fish monsters from the sea after all.
