@LordMordred I learned all my Nietzche from the Xeno series, then I went through an audiobook of Will to Power and realized the characters are largely personalizations of the concepts rather than characters or archetypes in the book

The Will to Pussy.

@0vtcast @LordMordred I just make stuff up and credit Nietzche or Descartes or someone so people think I read alot of books
Truth be told, even on audiobook I can't ever get through a whole book, but I can certainly pretend I do

I do try reading actual books sometimes, but I nope'd out of there after a glance at Nietzsche. Plato, Hobbes, Machiavelli, sure, but I ain't slogging through all that.

@ArdainianRight @Marshall1Banana @LordMordred Will to Power alone was crazy dense and schizo, but it does have a lot of interesting musings on how many professed religious people even back then would get suspiciously less faithful in less prosperous times. I do think it is important to eventually read Plato because of how many people just crib notes from Republic and call it a worldview. Hilariously my strongest memory of Machiavelli is Sargon's reading of the Prince.
