Every. Single. Time. I start watching a programme I have to reset the video quality from high to low. I honestly don't notice the difference except on high it frequently complains about my mobile 4G bandwidth.
What a waste of energy & bandwidth that the #BBC force this every single time.
Same for shrinking credits/autoplay next episode. I never want that. It irritates me, interrupts my reflecting or reading credits.
