     have only read fragments of him here and there but flipping through "the step not beyond" was blowing my mind and he's jumped pretty high on my read-next list
     
     I'm the opposite, was a tech nerd electrical engineering major and am just deeply driven to explore and learn about everything, and have found art / literature / poetry continually extremely rewarding

     I wrote a paper on the role of homosexuality in late 1920s contemporary literature in comparison to the visual media of the late 1950s and every so often I see people mention something *I argued about* and it makes me smile. Still, I ended up having to get a real job in the tech startup mines so
