     @LovecraftEnthusiast @TheEternalAnglo @Terry You can wear the uniform of your grade and rank after retirement, but I'm not sure that allows for unit patches (which its wearing) and the US ARMY tape is on the wrong side. Its also not wearing a name tape (likely done for opsec) but that means its out of uniform since the uniform is incomplete/worn incorrectly

     The fact that its citing a clause about former military being able to wear its uniform with the highest rank leads me to assume its at the minimum not active duty. Either way its just another fat flabby homosexual hiding behind muh service to push regime propaganda.

     @DEERBLOOD @LovecraftEnthusiast @wgiwf @Terry @TheEternalAnglo Uniforms get rolled out at different speeds to different units. Even active duty units getting deployed together have different phases of uniforms sometimes. It seems unlikely that anyone would still use ACUs but not impossible.
