     @matty I'd actually do what they're asking, but then put 24hrs/day on all time sheets. Unless agreed otherwise (I need to agree to it), my on-call wage is equal to my regular wage. Yes, I am entitled to overtime pay for this. Would it lose me the job? Probably. But fuck them, I want to make a point

     @NEETzsche Well, hopefully they're paying their employees for that on call time like they're legality required to.
     
     Also, they're definitely in violation of labour laws since that much overtime isn't legal.
