     @nixCraft you probably need another called beer. If you open enough instances of beer, it will take over the rest.

     @nixCraft you will need to run the CBT program. It might take a few passes but eventually it will adjust the “overthinking” behaviour to “just about enough thinking”. Truth is “overthinking” is an erroneous operational mode of a critical subsystem, it is not malware.

     @nixCraft okay so, as a fedora user i just sudo dnf remove brain, it works really well
