I onced leaked salaries at my place of employment and took credit because someone else was getting blamed. At my disciplinary hearing, I was told that I was guilty of destroying morale amd creating a toxic workplace environment in that it was pitting workers against one another. I corrected them that workers became closer than ever-- we bonded over it. It pitted us against management, so it would be in their own best interest to pay fairly. I didn't last long, y'all. 😂
