     @gabriel I lost 30kg on keto in 12 months it works

     My goal is Losing another 30kg in 2023

     Distilled water + Keto + Init Fasting

     No meals/eating after 9.30pm
     and nothing till noon

     Also sweat potatoes are a good replacement for overpriced white potatoes lately
