     That's disgusting and unacceptable.

     I'd expect that violating my privacy and costing me substantial amounts of money should be a lot more expensive than that.

     I'm severely disappointed in them.

     ...

     Well, also, I'd expect that explicit and clear permission should be communicated and required.
