If they wanted the NPP they would've just made a mad dash for it with all 12 brigades, instead of entering gradually and widening the front.
They never had any hope of holding the whole area between Sumy and Kurchatov in earnest, and they full well knew it. It was a spoiling attack, that's why they went wide and after Russian forward deployment points.-
Groomschild (groomschild@poa.st)'s status on Thursday, 15-Aug-2024 00:39:30 JST Groomschild @dubbub @Shlomo The problem i think was that the ukes were hoping for more air support to contest Russian air supremacy but the F 16s took forever to arrive and even when they did they got blown up on the airfield.
The ukes ran out of time also since the fall mud season is coming so either they have to abandon the operation or start the plan and hope it works
