Knowing history means understanding cycles of decadence, which will inevitably leave you as solidly to the right socially of our current Clown World system. But it's also true that you need to be economically flexible, because very frequently the "conservatives" are wedded to whatever the current system is, and block needed reforms. But a healthy and growing society does need healthy gender roles, stable families, high birth rates, high social trust and common cultural touchstones, a celebration of masculine vitality and heroism, religious piety, and a decent measure of social mobility. In many cases economic reforms labeled "liberal" can be used to uphold social conservatism, though obviously it's necessary to apply them judiciously and carefully and avoid gay utopian bullshit.

A healthy society rewards men for ambitious application of masculine drive for excellence. It also praises women for their foundational role in the home. It punishes both men and women for abdicating those vital positions. Even historical examples of what some might argue to be exceptions are actually reflections of the same qualities. Nuns as nurses and caring for orphans, for example, rather than being wives.
Literally everything in our clown world is backwards right now
