     It should be a goal for everyone, really. Beyond ‘naming the jew’ or ‘redpilling people’, we should be trying to gain enough breathing room that we can help out the guys on the rung below us.

     The more I see, the more I feel like it’s probably the most important thing we never acknowledge. Building something that provides for even 3 white dudes in their early 20’s means they’re able to get families, them being employed by YOU means they can devote time and attention to those families, and that means you can directly foster the creation of 9-15 high quality white people within a 20-year period

     Buddy, you need to come to terms with the fact that you could be a ‘lost generation’, a middle child of history in the great collapse. Rome may not fall until you’re in your seventies. Maybe the story isn’t about you.

     Maybe your job isn’t to die with 500 holes in your torso, but to die surrounded by strong, prepared sons and fruitful daughters ready for the collapse to finally begin.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot I think it’s realistic to expect America, or at least the present aberration that calls itself America, to fully collapse in this decade. The same probably goes for the EU.

     But it was. Just because you only recall the fever pitch rising over the last 4 years doesn’t mean similar throes haven’t been felt before. We’ve had more spicy years before, and they were just as quickly forgotten.

     I think people are going to be blindsided by how long "it's collapsing" is going to take. Better to take steps that move you to a better position regardless and don't depend on the future playing out in a particular manner.

     @teknomunk @admin @WashedOutGundamPilot I don't know if there has been a time where so many people are so utterly robbed of genuine purpose, and if/when things collapse to the point where their attempts to simulate purpose are no longer available, my gut says these people just give up and off themselves rather than lash out.

     @teknomunk @admin @WashedOutGundamPilot goes back to something I've found pretty disturbing: I've had several conversations with people in recent years where they say they don't want kids, either because they have such and such mental problems that run in their family, or they don't want to bring kids into such a messed up world. all of these people are just normal, working class people. without having children, their lives amount to working essentially meaningless jobs to continue buying stuff for their own amusement until they die. without any greater purpose than that, what motivation is there to keep clawing forward when things start getting really bad? if there is no light at the end of the tunnel, at least for their own selfish purposes, why bother?

     Quite true. Both the train derailment in Ohio and young couples being shut out of the housing market and unable to start familes are collapse.
     
     Collapse is already here. It just looks like more of the same, but getting progressively worse.

     @admin I can see collapse once the older cohort of GenX dies off, sooner than that and it’s unlikely the closer you get to today. As long as the comforts keep intermittently flowing, the capable will stay in line and keep doing their jobs. There’s a lot more stabilizing force in the country than people see, because they only focus on the shit falling apart. We’re losing those buffers, but there’s a lot stocked up still.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot I was a junior in high school when WACO happened. The course America was on in 1993 was at least sustainable. The course it is on in 2023 in not. Not even remotely.
