   My friend actually used to hear creepy, barely noticeable, voices at night. It freaked him out a bit, until he made out these the creepy voices were talking awfully casually. It was his guitar amp, it faintly picked up some radio shows.

     In an apartment we used to live, the phone lines white noise picked up a Taxi network or something, it was weird
