"Freedom cities" won't work, for the same reason that "conservative" dating apps don't work, and "conservative" social media doesn't work: Fascists are miserable people, and no one wants to be around them, not even other fascists.🤷🏿♂️

You can see for yourself today.
Drive out to any guard-gated golf course community on the edge of any major US metro area. Calabasas (just outside LA), Summerlin and Henderson (Las Vegas) and Scottsdale (Phoenix metro area) are utterly infested with them.
The residents are almost all white. Because freedom.
It's in an unincorporated area, because "freedom" and also "taxes are bad". But the HOA fees are extortionate (turns out maintaining a lush green golf course in the middle of a desert is costly). Oh, also the HOA micromanages everything about your mcmansion, including what colour you can paint it, and how you must maintain your lawn. Because freedom.
Street after street of mcmansions. You can't walk anywhere. No footpaths, no bike lanes, no sidewalks. The nearest supermarket and big box stores are in a strip mall off the interstate, around 30 minutes drive away. The only way to get anywhere is by driving. Because freedom.
There's often no mains water or sewerage, so you're paying a private pump owner at extortion rates. Because freedom.
After about 10 years, the roads deteriorate. They get sick of the lack of water and sewerage. The privatised water pump fees skyrocket. The HOA fees increase.
Suddenly, there's a petition to be incorporated into the nearest city council, so the neighbourhood can get a taxpayer subsidised infrastructure bailout. Because freedom.

By "freedom cities" what he really means is "segregated whites-only suburbs and gated communities".
By "open up federal land", he means "we'll privatise national parks, which will be bulldozed and levelled out to build mcmansions".
By "great modernization and beautification campaign," which includes "getting rid of ugly buildings," he means he wants to pull a Robert Moses and bulldoze working class Black neighbourhoods.
By "build towering monuments to our true American heroes", he means he wants to build more statues of Confederate generals.
And by "flying cars", he means "I'm trying to cloak my BS in futuristic high-tech lies like Elon and Zuck do, but I haven't watched any sci-fi movies since the '60s, so flying cars is the best I can do".
